1922<\/strong><\/p>\n

The establishment of the company dates back to\u00a01922<\/strong>\u00a0under the name\u00a0Radioslavia s.r.o.,\u00a0<\/strong>which in the summer of\u00a01923<\/strong>\u00a0was transformed into a joint-stock company with a capital participation of the French company\u00a0Companie General<\/strong>Its main concern was business and import of first radiotelegraph transmitters and receivers. There was a strong competition on Czechoslovakian market due to companies such as Philips or Telefunken.<\/p>\n

1932<\/strong><\/p>\n

- connection with UK company\u00a0Marconi Wireless Telegraph Co<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Radioslavia begun assembly of first radiorecievers from parts imported from UK. This start was successful which is documented as many transmitters build in Czechoslovakia.<\/p>\n

1936<\/strong><\/p>\n

First transmitter electron tubes are being built.<\/strong><\/p>\n

International situation caused need for small transmitting tubes for army and huge ones for maintenance of transmitters. Choice was put on Radioslavia, which was able to make first tubes already in 1936 but they were made under a name Marconi. This first generation of tubes were heavily influenced by Marconi designs of power triodes. They were made with outside copper anode cooled by water or air cathode made from pure wolfram and Isolating vacuum chambers were made from leaded glass. Typical type of those tubes is 150kW triode RD 150 YA.\nThrough second World War no tubes changed thou some of the equipment was lost to fights. All the saved technology was moved to central Prague \u2013 Vrsovice. All of the remaining employees that came here had to reinvent the technology on the memories of old engineers and half missing documentation. They had to succeed so transmitter network in Czechoslovakia wouldn\u2019t have to be shut down.<\/p>\n

1948<\/strong><\/p>\n

After year 1948 Radioslavia changed its name and status into TESLA Vr\u0161ovice.\nAt the beginning they heavily focused on reaserch of new kinds of tubes. So new types of tubes were invented not only for radio network but even for newly emerging TV network in Czechoslovakia and other countries in Europe, later even for many countries in Afrika, Asia and Amerika. Power of those tubes merged form hundreds of watts to 150 Kilowatts. Isolation parts of vacuum chambers were firstly glass but in sixties came technology of Ceramics \u2013 metals. Cathodes from pure wolfram were partially replaced with Throated wolfram. Some of the types were equivalents for tubes from other manufacturers and countries but mostly they were OEM made for TESLA Hloub\u011bt\u00edn which made and researched new transmitters.\nWell known types of those tubes are RE 5 XN, RD 10 XL RD 70 VL, ZD 70 VL etc.\nAnodes were cool not only by water or air but also vapor cooling was put in place. Increase in production called for new spaces such as stores, research labs and assembly lines. It forced TESLA to make new franchises in Prague and all around Czechoslovakia.<\/p>\n

1970 – 1980<\/strong><\/p>\n

Research of huge radio transmitters put TESLA Vr\u0161ovice under pressure to make tube that is heart of those devices.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

This task was phenomenally huge for company that required new staff technologies research and manufacturing line. The final product was power triode full ceramics 250 kW RD 250 VM fallowed by line of ceramics tubes mainly tetrodes for TV transmitters or FM radio. Besides electron tubes portfolio of product increased in medical supplies and diagnostic devices for radiolocation \u2013 Betatrons and hydrogen Thyratrons. For IV. and V. Bandwidth power klystrons were made with the cooperation of research institute.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

TESLA Vr\u0161ovice underwent a lot of management changes which were tightly connected with implementation of National Company TESLA. In seventies TESLA regained its position as Private company.<\/p>\n

1980<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0In\u00a01980<\/strong>\u00a0TESLA was connected with Research institute for Vacuum Technology in conclusion of trend of discontinuing ineffective research centers. This fusion took almost 10 years.<\/p>\n

1990<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 1990 was TESLA Vr\u0161ovice truly finally free.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

1994<\/strong><\/p>\n

1994 \u2013 TESLA Vr\u0161ovice transformed once again into Private limited company<\/p>\n

TESLA Vr\u0161ovice Ltd. continued in a making and research of transmitting tubes, tubes used in industrial generators, Power klystrons and vacuum interrupters.<\/p>\n

Product of TESLA went into most of the old stats of Soviet Union and Middle Europe.<\/p>\n

Our products came also into some parts of Africa and Amerika. Many old types of tubes were modernized and uses technology of ceramics isolating parts. New products as equivalents to old or discontinued tubes of other companies were made. Trend of acoustic amplifiers with tubes was followed.<\/p>\n

2006<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2006 TESLA Vr\u0161ovice s.r.o. got new owners and was yet again renamed into TESLA ElectronTubes s.r.o.<\/p>\n

2007 – 2008<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the verge of 2007 and 2008 production was moved into new places at Ricany u Prahy<\/p>\n

All the product lines have continued but research and capacity was increased.<\/p>\n

Research and beginning of making of semiconductor middlewawe transmitters of line Radioslavia MWT of POWER 1 kW, 5kW and 10 kW so they could be presented and offered at IBC2013 at Amsterdam.<\/p>\n

2012 – 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cooperation on project KV MOB \u2013 making and research of special antenna for Army CZ. \n-Research of spark gaps for flight industry in cooperation of First Brno machine factory.<\/p>\n

Begging of the research of 5kW triode for use in induction and welding plastics and 3kW triode for system Izodent and spectral analyzers.<\/p>\n

2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

Research of 35kW triode for woodworking textile and food making industry<\/p>\n

Research of 30kW tetrode for amplicon in HF generators for industry grade lasers with power up to 5 kW. Those lasers are used for metal working such as burning thick metal sheets or welding.<\/p>\n

2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beginning of the research of 22kW triode for application in HF generators in industry lasers for mettelcutting of power between 1 and 3.5 kW.<\/p>\n

2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

Research of line of triodes ranging from power of 9kW to 17kW for HF generators for PVC welding and material drying.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Slowly falling market with transmitting tubes due to digitalization of transition Made TESLA ElectronTubes to reevaluate their product portfolio.<\/p>\n

Company began to be oriented mostly at making of industrial tubes at the ceramics-metal basis used for generators of CO2 lasers and tubes for HF generators focused mainly on textile, food, woodworking and metalworking industry.<\/p>\n

Tento start byl \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd, co\u017e potvrzuje i\u00a0zak\u00e1zka mont\u00e1\u017ee n\u011bkolika vys\u00edla\u010d\u016f, dodan\u00fdch do\u00a0\u010ceskoslovenska z\u00a0Anglie.<\/p> <p><strong>1936<\/strong><\/p> <p><strong>Zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdroby prvn\u00ed vys\u00edlac\u00edch elektronek.<\/strong><\/p> <p>Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed situace vyvolala pot\u0159ebu z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed dodavatele mal\u00fdch vys\u00edlac\u00edch elektronek po pot\u0159ebu arm\u00e1dy a\u00a0velk\u00fdch na\u00a0\u00fadr\u017ebu vys\u00edla\u010d\u016f. Volba padla na\u00a0<strong>Radioslavii<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 ji\u017e v\u00a0roce\u00a0<strong>1936<\/strong>\u00a0byla schopna vyr\u00e1b\u011bt prvn\u00ed vys\u00edlac\u00ed elektronky. Ty v\u0161ak nesly je\u0161t\u011b zna\u010dku\u00a0<strong>Marconi<\/strong>. Tato prvn\u00ed generace vys\u00edlac\u00edch elektronek m\u011bla znaky p\u016fvodn\u00ed konstrukce Marconi. Jednalo se o\u00a0v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 triody s\u00a0vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u011bd\u011bnou anodou, chlazenou vodou nebo vzduchem. Isola\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti vakuov\u00e9 ob\u00e1lky byly z\u00a0olovnat\u00e9ho skla, katody byly z\u00a0\u010dist\u00e9ho wolframu. Typick\u00fdm p\u0159edstavitelem t\u00e9to generace elektronek je 150 kW trioda RD 150 YA. B\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky se jej\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed sortiment nezm\u011bnil. \u010c\u00e1st za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se poda\u0159ilo zachr\u00e1nit, byla p\u0159evezena do\u00a0budovy ve\u00a0Vr\u0161ovic\u00edch, kde se nach\u00e1z\u00ed i\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e1 TESLA Vr\u0161ovice. Sem p\u0159e\u0161li i\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci a\u00a0za\u010dali na\u00a0podklad\u011b technick\u00fdch instrukc\u00ed pam\u011btn\u00edk\u016f vlastn\u00edmi silami znovu budovat podnik na\u00a0v\u00fdrobu vys\u00edlac\u00edch elektronek. Ty byly \u017e\u00e1dan\u00e9 pro obnovuj\u00edc\u00ed se s\u00ed\u0165 vys\u00edla\u010d\u016f v\u00a0pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9m \u010ceskoslovensku.<\/p> <p><strong>1948<\/strong><\/p> <p><strong>Po roce 1948<\/strong>\u00a0se stala\u00a0<strong>TESLA Vr\u0161ovice<\/strong>\u00a0n\u00e1stupcem spole\u010dnosti\u00a0<strong>Radioslavia<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0na znovu vybudovan\u00fdch z\u00e1kladech se d\u00e1le rozv\u00edjela v\u00fdroba a\u00a0v\u00fdvoj nov\u00e9 generace vys\u00edlac\u00edch elektronek. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem nejen elektronky pro s\u00ed\u0165 rozhlasov\u00fdch, ale\u00a0i nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch televizn\u00edch vys\u00edla\u010d\u016f v\u00a0\u010ceskoslovensku i\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch st\u00e1tech Evropy, pozd\u011bji i\u00a0v \u0159ad\u011b zem\u00ed Afriky, Asie a\u00a0Ameriky. Byly to elektronky v\u00fdkon\u016f od\u00a0hodnot stovek watt\u016f do\u00a0150 kilowatt\u016f. Isola\u010dn\u00ed d\u00edly vakuov\u00fdch ob\u00e1lek byly nejprve sklen\u011bn\u00e9, v\u00a0\u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech p\u0159inesl v\u00fdvoj pou\u017eit\u00ed technologie keramika - kov. Katody z\u00a0\u010dist\u00e9ho wolframu byly \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nahrazeny katodami z\u00a0thoriovan\u00e9ho wolframu. Vyv\u00edjela se d\u00e1le technologie v\u00fdroby m\u0159\u00ed\u017eek, katod, tepeln\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f a\u00a0pokryv\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e9 elektronky byly ekvivalenty zahrani\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, jin\u00e9 vytvo\u0159ily vlastn\u00ed \u0159adu pro osazov\u00e1n\u00ed vys\u00edla\u010d\u016f, vyv\u00edjen\u00fdch a\u00a0vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch podnikem\u00a0<strong>TESLA Hloub\u011bt\u00edn<\/strong>. Mezi tyto v\u00fdrobky m\u016f\u017eeme za\u0159adit elektronky, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 pod\u00a0ozna\u010den\u00edm RE 5\u00a0XN, RD 10 XL, RD 70 VL, ZD 70 VL aj. Anody elektronek byly chlazeny vodou, vzduchem nebo odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm vody. Zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdroby si vy\u017e\u00e1dalo i\u00a0hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch prostor\u016f pro sklady, v\u00fdrobu d\u00edl\u016f a\u00a0v\u00fdvoj.
